Accessing and Using the WqC Accounting Client Portal
With our secure Client Portal, you can be confident that your data is managed safely and efficiently. Here are some key features of the WqC Accounting Client Portal:
- Secure Document Sharing – Upload files up to 500 MB at a time.
- Create and Manage Files – Easily create folders and Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) directly within the portal.
- Microsoft 365 Integration – If you have a Microsoft 365 account, you can log in to edit documents online. Alternatively, download, edit, and re-upload your files.
- Digital Signatures – View all digitally signed documents in one place.
- Task Management – Stay on top of your obligations with a To-Do list function.
- 24/7 Access – Your annual and permanent files are available online anytime.
- No Extra Cost – The Client Portal is provided at absolutely no additional cost to you.
- Ongoing Enhancements – We're continuously exploring new features to improve your experience.
Important: Your Client Portal setup link will expire 24 hours after you receive the invitation email. We recommend setting up your portal as soon as possible after receiving the email. If your setup link expires, simply contact our admin team to request a new one.
